ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of Mornington Soccer Club will be held on Wednesday 10th November at 7.00 pm at Dallas Brooks Park (subject to easing of restrictions).
Due to the Covid 19 contact-tracing and social distancing regulations, all members wishing to attend the AGM in person and/or wishing to nominate for a position on the Board of Management or the Management Committee must pre-register to attend the AGM via this registration link:
In the event that restrictions require the AGM to be rescheduled or relocated to an alternative venue etc, we will notify members accordingly.
At this meeting, the current Board of Management will report to members on the achievements of the last 12 months and the prospects for the future. In accordance with the club’s constitution, the Board and Management Committee will then retire and call for the election of a new Board and Management Committee for the year 2021/2022 season.
If you wish to nominate for a position on the Board of Management or the Management Committee, please indicate this via the drop-down selection when you register online. Official Nomination forms will be forward to those members.
Please note, nominations require the signatures of a proposer and a seconder, both of which must be financial members of the club.
